Responsibilities:
  •  Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation.
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene.
  • Develop and execute menu items, including daily specials, while maintaining consistency and excellence.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies and ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to innovate and update menu offerings.
Requirements:
  •  Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
