We are seeking a visionary Head of Design to lead our service, user, and experience design strategy. This pivotal role is responsible for the ideation, human-centered design, and delivery of digital and physical experiences across the entire customer journey. As the Head of Design, you will oversee all design-related activities within our Group Customer division, including service design, experience design, and UX/UI design. You will develop and execute a design strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and innovative design approach across all products and services.

You’ll have –

Expert in design and app development, with strong knowledge of consumer and business products, services, channels, and customer behaviour trends. In-depth understanding of commercial operating models, customer segments, strategic objectives, and plans.  Proven ability to build influential networks and relationships across the organization to achieve enterprise outcomes. Familiar with architecture, technology platforms, and applications.  Experience in design software tools such as Figma, and Adobe, and all aspects of design  Proficient in strategic planning, consulting, business design, design thinking, customer experience, agile coaching, and creative problem-solving.  Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building and leading high-performing teams and coaching for business design capability.  Extensive experience in leading strategic planning and thinking, business design, and customer experience functions in large, complex, and commercial environments.
