What will your typical day look like?   

As a senior HR Transformation team member, you will be advising clients across the broad topic of Digital Workplace, leading conversations around the impact of AI and emerging technology on all areas of HR service delivery including the future of work, workforce planning and analytics, HR advisory and operating models, technology selection, implementation and adoption.  

In this role you will:

  • Partner with clients to drive the design and delivery of innovative, high-quality strategies and solutions focused on creating a modern digital workplace  
  • Lead conversations around critical client workforce issues and help navigate to meaningful outcomes through structured problem solving, design thinking and team collaboration 
  • Assist in planning and shaping the elements of projects and programmes 
  • Advise on the latest HR technology solutions and their implementation 
  • Support the delivery of programs of work in cross-functional and diverse teams 
  • Assist in the development of compelling client proposals and the application of Deloitte’s thought leadership to solve complex client problems 
  • Coach other members of the Deloitte team with a focus on crafting a successful and client centric team environment that facilitates personal growth opportunities for all  

About the team 

Sitting within Human Capital Consulting, our forward-thinking Digital Workplace team specialises in all things AI, emerging technology, service delivery, analytics and employee experience. We revamp the way our client companies work and craft beautifully designed, fully integrated systems with both established and emerging HR technology.

To succeed, you will ideally have: 

  • Experience in developing organisational strategies to harness the potential of AI and newly emerging technology
  • 6+ years working within any of the following disciplines: Workforce strategy and analytics, HR advisory, HR service delivery, HR technology and technology adoption 
  • Strengths in structured problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills 
  • Skilled at synthesising and drawing insights from qualitative and quantitative data 
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and demonstrate resilience and strong commitment towards project and personal goals 
  • Ability to communicate ideas, strategies and concepts in clear, compelling and credible ways to stakeholders at all levels 
  • Strong verbal and business writing skills, including experience with design and presentation tools
