Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Business Development Lead to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our Insights & Data business line, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategies to leverage Generative AI and Advanced Analytics across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue associated with AI, GenAI, and Advanced Analytics in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Capgemini remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality solutions and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 15-20 years of experience in senior to executive-level roles leading data, analytics, and data science teams in large organizations.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth in a sell-and-deliver professional services market focused on Generative AI, Cloud Data Platforms, Advanced Analytics, and AI/ML projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI and Advanced Analytics techniques and use cases, with experience in building business cases and value realization models.
  • Excellent client interaction, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple divisions and bring business solutions to clients.
  • Strong sector/domain experience is preferred, along with broader information technology concepts.
