Our client is looking for a HR & systems specialist to join their dynamic team for a 12 month FTC. This industry leader is offering a progressive, flexible and fast paced working environment with employees who share drive, passion and ambition.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Updating policies, procedures & visa compliance
  • Coordinate and support P&C operations, systems, projects and people initiatives
  • Help deliver continuous improvement alongside an exceptional employee experience
  • Build strong working relationships with third party vendors, managers and employees based on credibility and open communication
  • Deliver training and mentoring to all levels

What you will bring to the role

  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS platforms
  • Experience with BambooHR necessary
  • You will have 1-2 + years of experience in a People & Culture role within a fast paced environment.
  • You will be a relationship builder and have the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative function.
