Occupational Therapist - Grade 2 - Community
Fixed term full time position working 80 hours per fortnight (Maternity Leave Backfill) until 03/01/2025
We have an opportunity for passionate Grade 2 Occupational Therapists within the Community Therapy team at Northern Health. The Grade 2 roles provides Occupational Therapy services to patients/participants within the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home and Community Care (HACC). These services provide support and maintenance to people living at home and whose capacity for independent living is at risk, or who are at risk of premature or inappropriate admission to long-term residential care. The CHSP service specifically provides home and community services for people aged 65 and over. The role also provides service to our Progressive Neurological Disease Clinic including people w
