The Role

As a Supply Chain Specialist at 7-Eleven, you will drive partnership engagements with key stakeholders across the Supply Chain to ensure effective and efficient product fulfillment into the 7-Eleven store network. Working as part of a squad in our Product Tribe, your key responsibilities will see you:

  • Continually provide effective fulfillment into our store network
  • Develop, maintain and report on key metrics, including but not limited to DIF, DOT, damage minimisation, inventory accuracy, total logistics costs vs. targets, network capacity and managing peak loadings
  • Participate in audits of key operations to ensure operating standards are maintained
  • Participate in effective distribution capacity planning to ensure store service requirements are maintained
  • Report compliance with 7-Eleven’s and all regulatory body storage standards
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures of processes and systems

What’s in your toolkit?

  • End to end supply chain knowledge
  • Strong numerical and data aptitude
  • Demonstrated proficiency with data analytics, statistics and forecasting
  • Stakeholder management skills and ability to build and maintain key relationships
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel is essential
  • Prior experience within a retail, professional or supplier environment is desirable
