  • Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate your team to excel in their roles, achieving and exceeding KPIs.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic. Plan and oversee staffing needs to ensure optimal coverage and labour efficiency within the business.
  • Client Experience: Lead the team to deliver on our Customer Value Proposition and be the one they rave about
  • Business Growth: Work to increase clinic profitability and expansion.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience Matters: Bring 1-2 years of management or leadership experience, ideally within a beauty, dermal, or clinical setting
  • Tech-Savvy Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to streamline operations.
  • People Management Expertise: Showcase your ability to handle employee rosters, develop training plans, conduct performance reviews, and manage basic recruitment tasks.
  • Positive Leadership: Embrace a positive and outgoing personality, energizing your team through training and fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Diploma of Beauty, QRH Laser License.
