Software Project Manager, Legal Software Solutions

Are you an experienced SaaS project manager working with legal solutions or other B2B software? We are looking for an experienced Software Project Manager to join our Professional Services team and deliver Thomson Reuters Legal Software [HighQ, Legal Tracker] implementation projects.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring successful delivery of our Legal Software solutions, working closely with customers across various industries and cross functional Sales, Customer Success, Support and Product teams, to onboard our customers, develop customer relationships, and ensure their success and satisfaction.

About The Role

As Software Project Manager within our Professional Services team, you will

Deliver end to end software implementations for our customers across region. Focus on strong customer relationships and customer satisfaction. Manage and execute software implementation projects, from initiation to project closure Develop and manage detailed project schedules, risk registers and other project documentation to ensure projects stay on track and meet customer requirements Proactively manage risks and issues, and escalate where needed Revenue optimisation by ensuring billable and out of scope work is properly captured, estimated, agreed and billed Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and contribute to the customer satisfaction KP


About you:
To be successful in the role of Project Software Manager, you will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

Experience in managing concurrent software implementation projects Experience within a corporate or legal operations environment highly desirable Understanding of the software development lifecycle Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills Commercial and business acumen with strong time management, influence and leadership capability Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) Strong analytical and problem solving skills particularly the ability to see problems objectively ( from customers’ viewpoint)
