The Team

Our insurance & health team is headed up by 33 well respected principals across six states. The department is recognised throughout the insurance claims industry for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional service.

The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry both locally and overseas. 

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Solicitor/Associate to join our dynamic Sydney Insurance team.  The role offers a broad range of public liability and general insurance work from an array of clients, which includes property damage, personal injury, and historical abuse claims.

About You

The successful candidate will possess previous defendant insurance and litigation experience within the liability area.  Furthermore, candidates will possess strong communication skills, significant capacity for empathy and resilience, an enthusiastic approach and a focus on client service.

The Successful Candidate

This role will suit a candidate with the following: 

  • 2 - 4 years PAE in defendant insurance;

  • Solid file management skills; 

  • Ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service;

  • Strong communication skills; and 

  • An enthusiastic and pragmatic approach.
