We are a premier plaintiff law firm with an enviable track record of success, seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Solicitor to join our Total & Permanent Disablement/Superannuation/Insurance Claims team.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and ambitious solicitor to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, reporting directly to a top industry-leading partner and being mentored by the head team leader.

You will be responsible for managing your own files, including obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence and trust deeds/policies, conducting legal research, providing technical advice, liaising with super funds, insurers, their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out full-spectrum management of personal injury claims, including TPD and income protection cases
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice
  • Liaise with super funds, insurers, their solicitors and doctors to progress claims
  • Brief counsel and attend court/settlement conferences as required

Requirements
  • Admitted solicitor in NSW with minimum 2+ years experience managing TPD cases
  • Strong legal research skills, client-centric approach and ability to work under deadline pressure
  • Ambitious and keen interest in personal injury law, with a willingness to commit long-term to our firm
