About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Personal Injury Solicitor to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own files and clients, providing expert advice on workers compensation and common law claims, and working closely with our Managing Partner to achieve exceptional results.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, from workers compensation to public liability and abuse claims. You will be able to leverage your expertise and experience to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients and contribute to the continued success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own files and clients, providing expert advice on workers compensation and common law claims;
  • Work closely with our Managing Partner to achieve exceptional results;
  • Conduct research, provide technical legal advice, and draft various legal documents;
  • Meet with clients, review medical evidence, and liaise with insurers and their solicitors;
  • Brief counsel and attend court/settlement conferences;
Requirements
  • Admitted solicitor in NSW;
  • Minimum 2 years OR MORE PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Hunger to progress your personal injury legal career LONG-TERM with an employer committed to investing in your success.

$75,000-$155,000+ Bonus (dependent on experience);
