About the role
We are currently seeking a Senior Training & Compliance Advisor to join us on the Eastern Freeway – Burke to Tram Alliance. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing the Compliance Training and Mobilisation team, ensuring effective strategies and initiatives are developed and implemented to meet project requirements.
Key responsibilities
Lead the Training and Mobilisation team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective strategies and initiatives. Manage the training budget and ensure alignment with reimbursable costs Ownership of all Training, Mobilisation, and Compliance Systems and processes including Damstra and Damstra Learning. Conduct regular audits of the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify staff and workforce needs, ensuring compliance and update of the EBTA TNA.About you
Relevant HR / Safety or Business tertiary qualifications. Significant experience in a similar role ideally within a construction, engineering or services sector. Excellent communication and people skills. You will enjoy working as part of a team with a positive approach to problem solving. The ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans. Building collaborative relationships at all levels and the ability to influence is key to this role. Strong facilitation and program management experience.Benefits
