The Organization:

FourQuarters are partnering with a well-known financial services business to find an IT Support Analyst for an initial 12 month contract, primarily providing support to the APAC region of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT support (BAU, incidents, change management) for APAC partners.
  • Oversee asset deployment, capacity, and compliance management.
  • Provide deskside and AV support; manage server/network infrastructure.
  • Lead projects, migrations, and disaster recovery efforts.
  • Act as a single point of contact for major IT issues.

About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 5+ years of technical experience in operating systems, database, telecom, PC/LAN/WAN, and data security.
  • Strong analytical skills, project management, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Citrix, VDI/VM, ITIL, and network/server management.

Other Skills:

  • ITIL, MCSE, MCSA, CCNA certifications preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English and Mandarin.
