As a member of the Clinical Governance & Operational Excellence Team you will develop and maintain the Feedback Management Program for Resthaven whilst promoting continuous improvements across the organisation with the aim to achieve improved outcomes for residents and clients as well as ongoing compliance with legislative and standard requirements.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting, a current driver’s licence, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Resthaven Incorporated is a leading not for profit South Australian aged care provider, offering the full range of services including retirement living, therapy and wellness services and support in clients homes, through to residential aged care and respite. About You:

You will be a person with high standards and strong motivation to work together with management and operational teams to provide outstanding care and support for older people. You will have genuine interest to understand our older people’s experience with Resthaven.  You will have pride in doing things the right way and know how to identify trends and love to learn and improve systems and processes.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in the implementation and maintenance of Quality systems including customer feedback management
  • Demonstrated ability in quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting
  • Proven experience in conducting internal audits
  • Ability to distil and communicate ideas, principles and assumptions
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a changing environment dealing with multiple tasks consistently and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to be able to develop strong professional and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Competent in surveying techniques and the use of Survey Monkey or other systems to analyse feedback
