At Magnetic Automation Pty Ltd , no two days are the same – this is a fantastic opportunity for an Warehouse Team Leader looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse. This role will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

General Warehouse Duties:

Manage small team ensuring they complete their duties in line with company policies and procedures. Lead all warehouse picking, correct receipting off stock, replenishing and housekeeping processes. Warehouse operations including allocating resource, driving operational excellence and continuous improvements throughout the warehouse. Conduct weekly operational meetings within the team. Follow and monitor stock levels to ensure customer orders can be met Support and maintain Inventory process (including all stock-take procedures) Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety, procedures, and regulations. Plan and allocate all incoming and outgoing freight Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety, procedures, and regulations.

What you will bring to this role :

A highly motivated and an enthusiastic personality Previous experience and knowledge in a Warehousing and Distribution industry will be highly regarded. Excellent communication skills, outgoing and experienced in working at different levels of organisations. Have a good physical fitness level, be reliable & punctual Have a willingness to do a variety of tasks Work as a proactive team member in a small team environment Understanding of safe work practices and working in a safe manner at all times Minimum 3 year's experience in operating a fork lift and customer service skills are highly desirable. MUST have valid Forklift License Maintain vehicle and equipment for safe practices
