Warehouse Team Member Job Description

Costco Wholesale is a global retailer with a strong presence in the market. We are seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Team Member to join our team at our Docklands warehouse in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with general fresh food department tasks, including packing, cleaning, and food production.
  • Check packaging for tampering and follow all safety and security procedures.
  • Run errands as needed to maintain a smooth operation.
  • Perform related tasks such as set up and closing duties for the department.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist other areas in the department as necessary.
  • Operate mechanical trash compactor/cardboard baler.
  • Be available to work a rotating schedule, including weekend work and early morning starts and/or late evenings.
