Customer Delivery Manager  

Reporting to the Assistant Customer Fulfilment Centre Manager role exists to:

  • Support the Assistant Customer Fulfilment Manager with the CFC operational performance across Staging & Dispatch activities

  • Support the Staging & Dispatch teams to provide an exceptional level of service to all online customers by ensuring all orders are dispatched on time

  • Lead the department as the Customer Delivery Manager

As the Customer Delivery Manager, your key responsibilities will be to: 

  • Spend time with the Staging and Dispatch teams to motivate, manage, and guide them to deliver results and drive best practice in the CFC

  • Support the lead the team to work safely and efficiently

  • Collaborate with the Customer Order Manager to ensure orders are picked on time, packed correctly, and congestion points are avoided during the pick

  • Collaborate with our Customer Hub team and Online Logistics team to improve customer satisfaction, especially On time to Customer

  • Support the Customer Delivery Manager to Identify and develop talent in the CFC to build a talent pipeline for our Woolworths Group

  • Engage with other CFC teams to share best practice

When you will be needed

This is a full time position requiring flexible availability to work between the hours of 6:30pm and 2:30am Sunday - Thursday.
