**Customer Delivery Manager**:
**Reporting to the Assistant Customer Fulfilment Centre Manager role exists to:
- **Support the Assistant Customer Fulfilment Manager with the CFC operational performance across Staging & Dispatch activities**
- **Support the Staging & Dispatch teams to provide an exceptional level of service to all online customers by ensuring all orders are dispatched on time**
- **Lead the department as the Customer Delivery Manager

**As the Customer Delivery Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:
- **Spend time with the Staging and Dispatch teams to motivate, manage, and guide them to deliver results and drive best practice in the CFC**
- **Support the lead the team to work safely and efficiently**
- **Collaborate with the Customer Order Manager to ensure orders are picked on time, packed correctly, and congestion points are avoided during the pick**
- **Collaborate with our Customer Hub team and Online Logistics team to improve customer satisfaction, especially On time to Customer**
- **Support the Customer Delivery Manager to Identify and develop talent in the CFC to build a talent pipeline for our Woolworths Group**
- **Engage with other CFC teams to share best practice

**When you will be needed**:
**This is a full time position requiring flexible availability to work between the hours of 6:30pm and 2:30am Sunday - Thursday.**
