Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who thrives on driving sales and achieving targets. In this key role, you will:

  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and implement impactful sales strategies that maximize revenue across the hotel.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing sales team and other stakeholders to share best practices and drive collective success.

Qualifications

  • A proven sales hunter with a relentless drive to achieve results.
  • Successful track record in a fast-paced sales environment, showcasing your ability to close deals and create long lasting partnerships.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality, hotel, or travel industry is highly desirable.
