What you’ll do:

Provide guidance to business, Procurement and LoD1 stakeholders regarding third-party risk management;Provide consistent guidance as to the minimum required assessments & ongoing management activities for third-parties engaged via the Procurement team;Manage various internal stakeholders hand-offs across the risk and security assessment processProvide consistent end-to-end third party-risk management of third-parties engaged via the Procurement teamDrive regulatory management and change activity (linking to things such as UCT, Sanctions & AB&C, Privacy, CPS230)Responsibility for operationalising third-party risk frameworks to deliver high quality and valuable risk programs of support to improve financial, customer and compliance performance;Contribute to the ongoing delivery of the Technology & Operations team culture and strategy.

What you’ll bring:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in insurance, banking, of financial servicesMinimum 5 years third party risk management experience or similar disciplineDemonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring for high performanceExperience balancing multiple key deliverables in a dynamic environmentStrong relationship management and problem solving skillsStrong negotiation skills demonstrated across internal stakeholder management contextsExcellent presentation and written & verbal communication skills, both oral and written, to technical and business audiences (particularly the ability to effectively explain and convey messages at the senior executive level)High level of flexibility with the ability to adapt to change
