We have an opportunity for an Enterprise Architect to join the Application Services team at our Sydney Office. 

This is an exciting time to join Stockland in a pivotal role that will support the business to enable our growth strategy. 

  

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the design and implementation of business solutions such as SAP, Anaplan, SuccessFactors, Ariba etc, to align with the business needs of Stockland. You will also play a critical role in ensuring that systems are integrated and optimised for efficiency and effectiveness. 

This position will collaborate to define integrated solutions in line with architecture principles, to support business strategic outcomes.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with key stakeholders to manage and define the target architecture, strategies, and roadmap for Stockland’s business applications (including gap assessment analysis) based on best practices and industry trends, as well as alignment to the Stockland’s broader enterprise architecture and business strategy.  

  • Design to ensure seamless integration with existing Stockland infrastructure, considering the business and enterprise application ecosystem (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Anaplan, and other modules etc).  

  • Envision, communicate, and evolve the IT landscape for enterprise applications solutions and those that they are interconnected with across Stockland. 

  • Collaborate with National Manager of Enterprise Architecture and other architects to define technology scope. 

  • Presenting industry perspectives to the leadership team on new/modern technology opportunities (such as AI), and how they are translated into customer and business outcomes; providing a perspective on how respective business applications will be impacted. 

  • Support the National Manager, Enterprise Architecture in designing and managing product specific roadmaps against corporate and IT strategy/vision.  

  • Collaborate with external partners/vendors to ensure Stockland’s business applications, services and infrastructure are secured and effectively maintained. 

  

About you 

  

  • ​​​Tertiary degree in an IT-related field, and/or extensive relevant experience 

  • ​5-7 years of architecture experience, ideally from a consulting background 

  • ​Experience working within, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices 

  • ​Experience in partnering successfully with external technology organisations​ 

  • ​Knowledge of applications such as, but not limited to SAP, Anaplan, SuccessFactors etc  

  • ​A good understanding of enterprise application integration, and an understanding of integration considerations such as process orchestration, customer data integration and master data management 

  • ​Understanding of emerging technology trends, and their relevance to the industry
