About the department
The Content Specialist role is part of the Customer Engagement (CE) team at Novo Nordisk Oceania. The CE team provides graphics and content support for all Business Units and Medical Affairs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development of impactful content that promotes Novo Nordisk's mission to defeat serious chronic diseases.

The position
This role is a 6-month contract based in North Sydney. As a Content Specialist you will have the opportunity to:

Create visually compelling graphics modified for different channels and target audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers. Ensure that all graphic designs comply to relevant brand guidelines, industry best practices, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback in a timely manner. Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar software to create specific deliverables in alignment with campaign objectives. Track materials through the approval process to ensure timely delivery and compliance with relevant Codes of Conduct.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and content optimization for multiple channels, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated environment. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or similar software, with a demonstrated portfolio of relevant work. A solid understanding of UX best practices and the ability to apply them to content development, considering the needs of healthcare audiences. Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail, essential for managing content within a regulated environment. Must either be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
