**Location**: Canberra, Newcastle, Hobart, Adelaide, Albury, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth.
- **Duration**: 6-month contract with 3x 3-month extensions
- **Eligibility**: Australian citizenship.
- WFH 2 days per week.**About the opportunity**:
Seeking a Web Content Designer to join a government agency, as a key member of the Agile team, you'll be at the forefront of digital innovation, actively involved in the transition of digital platform to an exciting new phase. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring a smooth and successful migration into the new CMS.**Responsibilities**:

- Provide advice on migration, building content and components, procedures and training, and content remediation activities.
- Manage the day-to-day publishing of documents, developing plans and objectives for short-term tasks and contributing to strategic planning for longer-term initiatives.
- Interpret and comply with existing operating policies, standards and procedures and advise stakeholders on the appropriate course of action to meet changing needs, statutory requirements and technological demands.

**Skills required in**:

- Proficiency in web publishing skillsets such as complex publishing, troubleshooting, cross-browser/device compatibility, website performance, functional testing and quality assurance.
- Publishing in CMS, particularly SiteCore.
- Ability to share expertise with others and coach and develop less experienced employees.
