As a Learning Content Specialist at our client's dynamic company, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative and impactful learning experiences. Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining educational content that is not only engaging but also informative and visually appealing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage learning experiences that captivate and inform.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Essential:

- 2+ years of experience in training material development.
- Proficiency with eLearning software like Articulate.
- Familiarity with eLearning standards (SCORM, AICC, Tin Can API).
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Proven ability to collaborate with SMEs to refine learning objectives.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles.
- Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Highly Desirable:

- Scriptwriting skills.
- Experience with art direction, video/audio editing, and interactive content creation.
- Proven influence on stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Agile instructional design experience.
- Independent decision-making on complex projects.
- Experience with learning evaluation and measurement tools.
