The Brief:

Are you passionate about cars and excel in providing exceptional customer service and looking for uncapped earning potential? Our client is looking for a dynamic and professional Car Sales Buyer / Broker to join their team If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a talent for building relationships, we want to hear from you.

The team is dedicated to professionalism and customer satisfaction, ensuring that each buying and selling process for the client is seamless and pain free whilst ensuring at all times, delivery of top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company with the utmost professionalism at all times.
  • Assist clients with buying and selling their motor vehicles.
  • Complete all paperwork meticulously and accurately.
  • Utilise Stock Management System and Xero to sell vehicles.
  • Ensure all vehicles have a clear PPSR.
  • Manage vehicle payouts and ensure all payments are handled correctly.
  • Complete vehicle acquisitions with QLD Transport.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system accurately.
  • Request Google Reviews from clients upon transaction completion.
  • Ensure all customer data is loaded into CRM systems as needed.
  • Create cross-referral opportunities within the business.
  • Assist New Car Brokers with vehicle valuation when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven knowledge of the automotive market.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Hubspot.
  • Experience with Stock Management System and Xero is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of PPSR and QLD Transport processes.
  • A current Drivers Licence.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to creating referral opportunities.

The Location:

This position is based in Brisbane, in an easy to access location, with free parking onsite. Office hours - Monday to Friday.
