is seeking an experienced industry senior manager with the ability to head up the acquisition and wholesale disposal of our used inventory for our dealerships through our Used Vehicle Buying Centre.
The primary focus is to ensure we are securing trade ins and sourcing vehicles for our Used Vehicle Retail and Wholesale yards at the best price possible.
Your team will be responsible for sourcing vehicles through our own and your new and used Dealer network, Private sellers, our purpose-built lead generating websites to ensure that each of our Retail and Wholesale yards are consistently stocked with well-priced and in-demand vehicles.
Working collaboratively with the owners, Senior Management, Financial Controller, Sales Managers and Stock Controllers.The successful candidate's main operational functions are acquiring vehicles at the right price by utilising industry pricing tools to ensure maximum profitability, disposal of inventory when required to ensure aged inventory is addressed, managing a team of people, and measuring our successes and opportunities with the assistance of our Valuation App, LMS and DMS.To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate solid prior experience in automotive management, vehicle wholesaling and buying as well as leading and mentoring a team.
