  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and methodologies in the AI and analytics space. Experiment with and propose new technologies and ideas to improve project outcomes and practice capabilities.
  • Contribute to internal projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the practice’s methodologies, tools, and capabilities.
  • Help maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.
  • Participate in the development of case studies and lessons learned from completed projects to foster continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in data analytics and AI solution development and deployment.
  • Demonstrated ability in working with technical teams and contributing to complex projects.
  • Experience with data processing architectures and familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Some exposure to customer interactions, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
