A great opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse with an experience in Education and preferably Mental Health Perinatal and Infant care to join the Education Quality Improvement and Innovation Program (EQIIP). This is a new permanent part-time working 0.5eft as a Clinical Nurse Educator working at the Perinatal and Infant care service. You will be working closely with the Monash Health Mental Health Program to support and provide professional development to our nursing workforce by demonstrating, modelling and promoting best practice mental health standards of care.

- Support contemporary education that promotes best practice standards
- Provide clinical support to staff of all proficiency levels, novice to expert
- Demonstrate and promote expertise and best practice standards
- Help to ensure that through a highly skilled and educated workforce our patients receive safe and high-quality care within Monash Health
- Working collaboratively with the leadership team including the multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrate agility and work as a change agent
About You:
- You are a Registered Psychiatric Nurse who has an experience in Education and preferably specialist skills and experience in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Care;
- You are a Qualified Registered Psychiatric Nurse has a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing or has a Bachelor in Mental health Nursing
- You can demonstrate a sound understanding of mental health clinical assessment and practice
- Have an understanding of different learning and teaching styles
- You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- You have digital capabilities with software devices and programs
- Your proven leadership qualities with a passion for education

Mandatory requirements of the role - qualifications, licences, memberships,
- Registered Nurse with Current AHPRA registration
- Qualified Registered Psychiatric Nurse has a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing or has a Bachelor in Mental health Nursing
- Experience in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Nursing
