Emeco Group (ASX: EHL) was founded in 1972 and is a world leader in maximising the performance of heavy earthmoving equipment. It has operations in all key mining regions of Australia and its customers include mining companies and contractors across coal, gold, copper, bauxite and iron ore.
The Digital Implementation & Support Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation, training and ongoing support of best-in-class software solutions throughout Emeco’s Australian business.
What you’ll do:
Working closely with the frontline business, you will be responsible for and gain deep exposure to the whole technology project lifecycle.
Dive Deep into Business Insights:
- Uncover and analyze business requirements to drive impactful solutions that transform operations and boost efficiency
Explore Cutting-Edge Technologies:
- Evaluate and scope out the latest technologies, ensuring the best fit for innovative and forward-thinking solutions.
Lead Dynamic Implementations:
- Take charge of implementing solutions both remotely and onsite, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
Empower Frontline Heroes:
- Develop & Provide engaging and comprehensive training to frontline site personnel, equipping them with the skills and workflows to excel.
Be the Tech Guru:
- Offer ongoing technical support as a key member of the Emeco digital team, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field
AND/OR
1+ years technical consulting, business consulting, technical training, project engineering/management or related
- A passion for delivering excellent training, with an ability to tailor methods to suit different needs.
- A Genuine interest in understanding and getting the most out of software & technology
- Demonstrable experience and capability in influencing people (this includes your extracurriculars)
- Capability to travel across Australia to implement and train
