Your new role As the group's Management Accountant, your role will encompass a broad but very specific range of accounting responsibilities supporting key divisions of the business. This includes forecasting & budgeting, treasury oversight, audit, tax, month end and process improvement.

 Day-to-day accounting for one key division's operations

 Manage and prepare timely month end and YTD financials including performing monthly reporting against forecasts

 Manage cash flow management, forecasting and treasury reporting

 Preparation of budgets/forecasts and variance analysis

 Oversee submission of BAS, FBT, Payroll Tax

 Supervision of Assistant Accountant and o shore resource(s)

 Provide accounting oversight and support to Group operations

 Identifying and implementing process e iciencies/improvements and automation opportunities

 Enhance stakeholder financial and accounting knowledge as a business partner

 Assist with developing and implementing internal control policies and procedures

 Assist with the half year and end of year audit/tax reporting as well as liaising with external auditors and other Group reporting requirements

 Assist Corporate O ice with ad hoc projects

 Management accounting experience

 Exposure to treasury and cash management

 Always looking for opportunities to improve processes and outputs

 Firm grasp of financial principles

 Team player - partner with the business

 Strong inter-personal skills, excellent communication and presentational skills.

 Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

 Strong systems knowledge and advanced Excel and reporting skills are necessary, knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Power BI will be beneficial.
