What you'll be responsible for

  • Attend to incoming customer Sales and Retention based calls and emails 
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints 

What you'll need to be successful

  • Previous sales or customer service experience to hit the ground running
  • Waste industry experience (or a similar background) is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker
  • A team player mentality
  • Salesforce or CRM experience is highly desired
  • Resilience and tenacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Unwavering reliability and a strong work ethic
