Beaumont People are seeking strong administrators and customer service professionals for a temporary assignment for 3-6 months in Coolangatta. 
  
Your tasks may include the following:

  • Answering a large number of inbound calls
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Email management
  • Perform various administration tasks as required 
  • Filing, payment processing, and diary management
  • Manage database input and updating with a high degree of accuracy
  • Being the first point of contact for enquiries
  • Other ad hoc administration duties as required

About You:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative, call center, reception or customer service role
  • Strong computer skills, experience with computerised systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal literacy skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Exceptional efficiency, attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both unsupervised and as a member of a team

Please note that you MUST be available to commence immediately and be happy to work on a temporary/casual basis, some opportunities may lead to permanent roles.
