PERSOLKELLY has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our client site in Tweed. This role is Monday-Friday 8.30am-4pm paying $32.72 per hour. This position will be a customer facing role that will be a first point of contact for customers that come to the store and is responsible for working with customers over the phone, processing and dispatching orders.

About the role:

  • Interact with our customers over the phone, email and in person at the trade counter managing quotes, projects, orders, design and queries
  • Process and dispatch orders
  • Follow-up on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities
  • collaborate with internal stakeholders including, warehouse, transport, procurement and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met
  • Resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer's experience
  • Collaborate with team to ensure all orders are complete

The ideal candidate:

  • Exposure to steel/construction industries advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills - and being able to build effective relationships
  • A high attention to detail, focus and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues
  • A team-oriented mindset
  • A willingness to grow and develop yourself
  • A dependable and reliable work ethic
