Position Overview:

  • Join our client's dynamic Customer Service team to deliver exceptional service and sales support.
  • Bayswater location 
  • This role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager, offering a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism, redirecting as necessary.
  • Process sales orders, manage customer queries, and provide administrative support.
  • Support sales efforts, including generating quotations and managing customer accounts.

Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Italian food products is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word for data processing and administrative tasks.

  • Adaptability and self-motivation.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and using sound judgment.
