We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional carbonated soft drinks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are correctly recorded, and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing detailed insights and recommendations to support effective decision-making.
  • Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes, tracking financial performance against targets and suggesting necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements to maintain accurate and compliant financial practices.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and addressing any queries from auditors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial operations and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with various departments to support financial planning, analysis, and overall business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
