Job Description

 

As a Project Officer at NCS, you will be at the heart of our project operations, playing an essential role in our mission to deliver exceptional IT solutions. You will take charge of developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that each project runs smoothly and efficiently. Your coordination skills will be pivotal as you manage project activities, resources, and information, guaranteeing that all team members are aligned and informed.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an IT Project Officer/Coordinator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud computing.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (desirable)
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL framework
