What you’ll do:

Establish ITSM and SIAM reporting frameworkDrive and manages effort to implement ITSM and SIAM reporting and SLA requirementsGuiding and supporting the team in progressing the team deliverables they are responsible for and meeting their own performance goalsProvide ITSM and SIAM expertise that supports the design and establishment of SIAM across SuncorpProvide SIAM governance support and guidance across SuncorpContinue building the SIAM framework across the organisation and embed further reporting capabilities into the wider SIAM COE.

What you’ll bring:

2+ years ServiceNow development and Performance Analytic experience including demonstrated experience in report generation and utilising large data sets - Mandatory2+ years working within reporting – Mandatory2+ years working with Power BI – MandatoryUnderstanding of service level reporting – eg KPI’s etcProven interest in data and the insights that can be obtained through dataBelief in the benefits of data enabled decision makingAbility to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others, internally and externally, including the ability and desire to work cooperatively with others in a team.ITIL certification would be preferable
