As a Manager, you will work as a consultant in a client facing role, across a range of teams to establish and deliver projects, including by engaging clients and their stakeholders, undertaking quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and preparing deliverables across a range of formats that distill analysis into clear and compelling recommendations for clients. This role includes managing small- to medium-sized projects, developing and managing relationships with clients, providing thought leadership, supporting and enabling high-achieving project teams, and actively developing the capability of your colleagues.

We are looking for Managers to join our Organisational, Performance and Leadership practice in a management consulting capacity, working across a range of projects. We are looking for a variety of people to join our team. This is a client facing position who bring skills & experience in Organisational Development, Workforce, Leadership and Capability.

  • Broad understanding of organisational capability issues within large and complex organisations
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw out meaningful insights from data
  • Exceptional communication, relationship building and group facilitation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
  • The capability to think, articulate and write logically
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills
  • Understanding and use of project management tools and experience in defining and delivering projects, or working in a project environment
  • Security clearance (essential)
