About the Role:
  • Plan materials and orders plus prepare detailed work-packs
  • Assist with project plans, schedules and reporting
  • Interpret standard specifications and typical drawings in accordance with modern industry standards
  • Identify, investigate, record, monitor and report on actions, resolution and costs of vendor NCRs
  • Provide technical support to the onsite team
  • Review completed site quality documentation and compile close out documentation to client
  • Execute other administrative tasks as required
What do you need:
  • Ability to work in a team, and independently.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence outcomes across all multiple levels.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years minimum experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in the mining industry 
  • Ability to manage the expectations of the role with appropriate and professional assertiveness.
  • Demonstrated performance in safety management, which includes familiarity with Permit to Work, Job Safety Analysis, Hazard/Risk Assessment, and basic understanding of OH&S regulations.
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
  • extremely proficient with Microsoft office suite.
