We welcome an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse All-Rounder to join our bustling Supplies Distribution team located in Chelsea Heights.
The Warehouse All-Rounder is a true all-rounder role so you will need to be comfortable in fast turnaround and response times as well as traditional storeperson tasks.
You will support day-to-day administrative operations, maintain and develop new supplier relationships and contribute to receiving, storing, picking, packing and delivery activities within the warehouse environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Prepare and process transfer paperwork to each site
- Pick, pack transfers and assist with deliveries as required
- Assist with monthly stocktakes at sites and the warehouse
- Inventory control and monthly reporting
- Coordinate deliveries and stock levels
- Maintain accurate records of products and suppliers
- Enhance warehouse processes and procedures
- General administration

Things that matter to us
- Min. 2 years experience in warehouse operations
- Experience using warehouse management systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Current Forklift Licence
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2024 influenza vaccination
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
