Warehouse Supervisor

We welcome an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Supervisor to join our bustling Supplies Distribution team located in Chelsea Heights.

The Warehouse Supervisor position is a true all-rounder role so you will need to be comfortable in fast turnaround and response times as well as traditional storeperson tasks.

This critical role includes overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations, maintain and develop new supplier relationships and contribute to receiving, storing, picking, packing and delivery activities within the warehouse environment and safety leadership.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare and process transfer paperwork to each site
• Pick, pack transfers and assist with deliveries as required
• Assist with monthly stocktakes at sites and the warehouse
• Inventory control and monthly reporting
• Coordinate deliveries and stock levels
• Maintain accurate records of products and suppliers
• Enhance warehouse processes and procedures
• General administration
• Collaborate closely with General Manager – Distribution and Procurement, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met

Things that matter to us

• Min. 2 years experience in warehouse operations
• Experience using warehouse management systems
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence
• Current Forklift Licence
• Excellent attention to detail
• Leadership experience or the want/drive to develop in leadership 
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)     
• NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)     
• Eligibility to work in Australia
