Job Description
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant with hands-on experience in Australian Payroll and a deep understanding of Australian Payroll Legislation.
The ideal candidate will also be proficient in Payroll Fast Formulas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS Payroll modules, ensuring compliance with Australian Payroll Legislation.
• Customization and Optimization: Develop and optimize Payroll Fast Formulas to meet specific business requirements and enhance payroll processing efficiency.
• Legislative Compliance: Ensure all payroll processes and configurations adhere to Australian Payroll Legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Generate and analyse payroll reports to provide insights and ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and payroll processes.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant with hands-on expertise in Australian Payroll.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Payroll Fast Formulas and Oracle EBS Payroll modules.
• Legislative Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Australian Payroll Legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Certifications: Oracle EBS Payroll certification is a plus.
