Job Title: Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant

Job Summary:
XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS Payroll modules, ensuring compliance with Australian Payroll Legislation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Australian Payroll and a deep understanding of Australian Payroll Legislation, as well as proficiency in Payroll Fast Formulas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS Payroll modules, ensuring compliance with Australian Payroll Legislation.

• Customization and Optimization: Develop and optimize Payroll Fast Formulas to meet specific business requirements and enhance payroll processing efficiency.

• Legislative Compliance: Ensure all payroll processes and configurations adhere to Australian Payroll Legislation and regulatory requirements.

• Reporting: Generate and analyse payroll reports to provide insights and ensure accuracy in payroll processing.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and payroll processes.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant with hands-on expertise in Australian Payroll.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Payroll Fast Formulas and Oracle EBS Payroll modules.

• Legislative Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Australian Payroll Legislation and regulatory requirements.

• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Certifications: Oracle EBS Payroll certification is a plus.
