AUD Logistics Pty Ltd, established in New South Wales in 2016, specializes in the sale and distribution of electronic products. Our product range includes smartphone accessories, computer hardware, home appliances, and other consumer electronics. We focus on offering high-quality products and excellent service through both online platforms, including eBay, Amazon, and Kogan, as well as wholesale distribution channels.

In recent years, we have successfully expanded our business and earned a reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction by providing top-tier after-sales services and technical support.

About the Role

To further expand our business, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader who is passionate about driving operational excellence across sales, marketing, import and export operations, as well as managing human resources, finance, and other key business functions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, along with the flexibility to travel both locally and internationally as required. They should thrive in fast-paced environments, foster a positive and collaborative work culture, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Oversee company operations, including sales, marketing, supply chain, financial management, and human resources to maximize revenue and market share in Australia and overseas.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and cost control, to align with financial objectives and achieve annual revenue growth targets.
  •  Lead the selection, appointment, and performance evaluation of senior staff, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Foster collaboration and continuous improvement to create a positive corporate culture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Maximize brand visibility and customer engagement through targeted marketing strategies.
  • Develop pricing strategies based on market competition and identify trends, risks, and opportunities through competitor analysis to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies to maintain operational excellence and mitigate risks in sales and distribution.
  • Provide updates to the board on company performance, strategic initiatives, and financial health. Collaborate with the board to align long-term strategy with market demand and support the company's growth in electronics sales and distribution.
  • Drive innovation in product development and market strategies to respond to industry trends and consumer needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience with a proven track record in organizational management and development.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Significant management experience in the logistics/manufacturing/production industries.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop talent and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for developing talent and driving business growth.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese is preferred.
  • Well-organized, meticulous, able to work independently, and manage tight deadlines.
  • A wide network of resources in overseas markets.
  • Experience in successfully funding or operating a business is preferred.
