Concrete Plant Batcher

Opportunity for a reliable and committed **Concrete Batcher** to join the team at our **Greenacre Concrete Plant**. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Supervisor role is commonly a career stepping stone into Hanson Management, therefore may suit an ambitious and career driven person. This is a full time Monday to Friday role with regular rostered hours being anywhere between 5:00pm to 5:00am, with occasional weekend evenings when required.

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Manage batching and loading of Hanson fleet for delivery to our valued customers through effective planning and decision making to maximize fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency
- Be able to have an attention to detail by accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs that meet quality requirements
- Engage with customers, staff and management and respond to enquiries
- Ensure compliance with WHS policies, procedures and legislation
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of plant and equipment including general yard and plant housekeeping
