We are seeking a highly motivated and agile Program Coordinator to join the Curtin School of Allied Health.
As the Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of School, Deputy Heads of School, and School Leadership Team by facilitating a broad program of activities in the School. Your responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day operational requirements, implementation of strategic outcomes, providing support for school committees and meetings, leading and coordinating events, managing internal and external communications, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

In this role, you will (but are not limited to):
Be responsible for program (of activity) delivery and operations. Develop and maintain program resources. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure program outcomes are meeting their requirements. Monitor and evaluate program performance and provide reports to the line manager. Monitor program budget and provide advice to the line manager. May provide leadership and guidance to staff, through effective talent management, career planning, performance reviews and development. Write and prepare project reports and related documentation. Undertake other activities which the incumbent might reasonably be expected to do, and which are consistent with the accountabilities and responsibilities as listed above. About us

Selection Criteria
Completion of a relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and/or education/training. Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to coordinate and implement program activities. Demonstrated high level interpersonal and oral communication skills with the ability to consult and liaise effectively with a diverse range of people and with cross cultural sensitivity. Demonstrated high level written communication skills with the ability to construct clear and concise reports and other relevant documentation. Proven ability to work well in a team, including respecting difference, leading, and supporting others, accepting direction, and working to group goals. Area Specific Criteria
Sound conceptual and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and content management systems Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Desirable
