The importa nce of this role

The Talent Acquisition officer will provide support to the Talent acquisition team as we transition to a new and more efficient operating model.

As part of your daily tasks, you will: 

Provide recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition Team, including job posting, interview booking, and phone screening. Ensure ATS is up-to-date and maintained. Respond to candidate enquiries. Monitor recruitment activities and processes: follow up with Hiring Managers to ensure progress and successful placement. Assist in the research, development and implementation of recruitment initiatives and processes including attraction, sourcing and advertising strategies. Provide assistance to Talent Acquistion team members.

About you

You are a customer centric professional who can manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You can provide a high level of customer service and support the Talent Acquisition Team.

To thrive in this role your skills knowledge and experience ideally include: 

Qualifications in Human Resources/Business or equivalent relevant experience commensurate with role requirements. Two years’ experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities. Understanding of recruitment processes and best practice. Experience using an ATS. Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
