About the Opportunity
">This role provides an exceptional opportunity to join Churches of Christ and contribute to the delivery of high-quality recruitment services. The Talent Acquisition Officer will play a key part in supporting the Talent Acquisition team as they transition to a new operating model, providing support with job posting, interview booking, phone screening, and other recruitment-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition Team, ensuring that all aspects of the recruitment process are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that the ATS is up-to-date and maintained, streamlining the recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Respond to candidate enquiries in a timely and professional manner, showcasing excellent customer service skills.
- Monitor recruitment activities and processes, following up with Hiring Managers to ensure progress and successful placement.
- Assist in the research, development, and implementation of recruitment initiatives and processes, including attraction, sourcing, and advertising strategies.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team members in achieving their goals and objectives.
About You
We're looking for a customer-centric professional who can manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers, providing a high level of customer service and support to the Talent Acquisition Team.
To thrive in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Qualifications in Human Resources/Business or equivalent relevant experience commensurate with the role requirements.
- Two years' experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities.
- An understanding of recruitment processes and best practice.
- Experience using an ATS.
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- A salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Type
