Your Role
As an IT Business Partner, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering IT capabilities and services that fuel our business growth in the market. You’ll work hand-in-hand with various business teams, defining and driving digital capabilities to meet their strategic needs.

What You’ll Do
Provide Domain Leadership : You’ll drive the development of strategic digital capability roadmaps, develop compelling business cases for digital capability investments, and design solutions to various business problems.
Provide Leadership : You’ll build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, influence strategic thinking, and drive change to support digital capability investments.
Leverage the Matrix Organisation : You’ll demonstrate matrix leadership, empower shared IT teams, and advocate for operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Experienced: Bring your wealth of experience to the table, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience that can demonstrate strong business knowledge, strategic planning and implementation of digital capabilities and business process analysis and improvement.
Industry Aware: Demonstrate your familiarity with the full pharmaceutical industry lifecycle including commercial processes and solutions.
Growth Mindset : Eagerness to develop and grow within the role.
Innovation : Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI and how these technologies are shaping the future.

On-site Protocol
BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
